Product Return

We offer a 30-day no-hassle money-back guarantee. This only applies to products purchased directly from AFERIY's official website. You can return the product separately from the "Warranty Service".
For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor/distributor from whom you purchased directly and follow their return policy.


Return Period

You may request the return of AFERIY Products in unused and unopened packaging within 7 days of the arrival of the delivered AFERIY Products. Please note that the 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to unpackaged or used products. Please ensure that the returned product and packaging are in good condition and do not affect resale. In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
However, if the AFERIY Product as delivered is originally defective or damaged during delivery, we offer to return the AFERIY Product within 30 days of the date of purchase, regardless of whether it has been opened or used.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be refunded while in transit.

In the following cases, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Return the product without any proven defects;
Warranty claims for items carried outside the country of original purchase;
Returned items claimed to be defective but found to be in good working order by AFERIY;
Fees associated with unauthorized returns (returns made outside of an approved warranty process);


Return and Exchanges Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. AFERIY reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund if conditions are not met. Please note that AFERIY does not allow returns or refunds for the following products.

The return and exchange period is one month, overdue requests will not be processed.
For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged. Labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products not in original condition, damaged or missing parts are not the fault of our company.
  • Products that have been opened and used, excluding initial defects such as failures caused by our company.
  • Customized configurations or brands of products to meet product specifications.
  • Items purchased outside of AFERIY official online store.
  • Others as specified by us.

If your product needs to be returned or exchanged due to quality issues, AFERIY will bear the shipping costs: you will first have to pay the shipping costs for returns costs and we will refund (the shipping costs or we will issue a refund) to you after we receive the returned products; if the product is to be returned not because of quality issues (not wanted, bought wrong, disliked, etc.), you will have to pay the freight costs when sending it back to us. If you want to exchange a product, you will need to apply for a return and place the order again. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.


How to return an item

A Return Material Authorization must be obtained in order to return AFERIY products. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior authorization.
