- Self-consumption: When the AC switch on the power station is turned on, the device consumes about 20-25W per hour. So, the longer the device is used, the higher the station’s own energy consumption becomes;
- Conversion losses: The power station’s battery pack converts DC to AC through an inverter, with a conversion efficiency of about 90%. Additionally, there are energy losses across various circuits.
These factors result in a real output capacity that is lower than the nominal capacity.

If you use AFERIY solar panels, you can choose one of the following combinations for charging:

This noise is normal and will not damage the power station or the solar panel. Additionally, please note that the portable power bank will experience a slight energy consumption when connected to the solar panel without any power input.
Therefore, it is recommended to only connect the solar panel during the day and disconnect it when there is no charging effect at night.
