30-Day Price Protection Policy

(Valid only for orders placed between November 7, 2025 and December 2, 2025)

If the price of the same product drops within 30 days after your purchase, you may request a price protection refund.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the final price you paid after applying product-specific discount coupons.

Important Notes‼️

• Order-level discounts (such as automatic discounts, cart-level promo codes, or promotions like “Spend $X, Save $X”) are not considered product price changes and are therefore excluded from price protection eligibility.
• Only the final price obtained using the product-specific coupon will be used as the reference for price protection.

🎁 Free Gift Policy Overview

(Buy 1 Get 1 / Spend & Get Gifts / Claim Gifts on Product Page)

When your order meets the required conditions, you will receive the corresponding free gift(s). Gifts will be automatically added to your order once it is completed and will be shipped within 15 business days.

① Spend & Get Gifts (Automatically Added)

When your order reaches the promotional threshold, the system will automatically add the gift(s) or update your order with the eligible items. No manual claiming or cart action is required.

② Buy 1 Get 1 Promotions (Check How to Claim)

Buy 1 Get 1 promotions may involve two different coupon usage methods. Please follow the correct method based on how you claim the discount.

Method A: Using a Promo Code (Copy & Paste Code from Event Page)

• You must manually add the free gift to your cart.
• Enter the promo code at checkout to apply the discount to both the main product and the free gift.

⚠️ If you do not manually add the gift to your cart, you will not receive the free gift.

Method B: Claiming the Discount Coupon on the Product Page

• The product page will usually display a “Get Free Gift” option along with the coupon.
• Simply check/select the gift — no need to manually add it to the cart.
• The system will automatically include the gift at checkout.

Coupons claimed on the product page and their associated gifts function as a bundle and cannot be combined with other product-specific coupons.

Coupon Usage Rules

1. Order Amount Automatic Discount Coupons

These coupons are automatically applied when your order meets the required spending threshold.

They can be combined with product-specific discount coupons.

2. Product Discount Coupons Include:

• Coupons available on the product page
• Gift-related coupons (If you want to receive the free gift, please make sure to select the gift accessory shown on the product page.)

Important:

The following two types of product-related coupons cannot be used together:

- Product discount coupons (selected on the product page)
- Gift coupons (claimed from the event page)

3. Other Order-Level Discount Coupons

These coupons cannot be combined with the following discounts:
- Product discount coupons
- Automatic order-amount discount coupons
- Gift coupons / gift-related offers
