Together for a Cause: AFERIY Supports Race Against Dementia

AFERIY supports a community using its shared passion to make a difference.

AFERIY was proud to support a Race Against Dementia charity event organized by Rob and Lynn, bringing together hundreds of motorhome, campervan and camping enthusiasts for a weekend of outdoor fun, community and fundraising.

As one of the event's supporting brands, AFERIY donated a P040 portable power station as a fundraising prize, joining other sponsors in turning a weekend of community and entertainment into meaningful support for charity.

A Weekend of Giving and Community

The event brought the outdoor community together for a weekend filled with fun and fundraising. Guests joined Bingo, 50/50 draws, envelope draws and charity sales, as well as tug-of-war, friendly competitions and a dog show. Live music, a DJ and a community quiz added to the atmosphere.

One highlight was the auction of a beloved Chucky doll that had been with its owner for 20 years. It eventually raised 3,000 pounds for the charity. Many winners also donated some or all of their prize money back to Race Against Dementia.

After venue costs, the event raised a record-breaking 32,336 pounds for Race Against Dementia, the highest fundraising total in the gathering's history.

For AFERIY, supporting the event was about more than donating a product. It was about being part of a community that uses its shared passion to make a difference.
